If your transfer case is roaring or leaking, there is a good chance it is in need of a rebuild. This is the kit you need. This transfer case bearing / gasket kit contains all the bearings, gaskets, seals, o-rings, and idler gear shims required when overhauling your transfer case.
Our transfer case kits feature KOYO bearings. These were the original manufacturer and will provide long life and good service.
This kit fits factory Land Cruiser SPLIT transfer case with 38mm idler shaft from 10/85 - 1/90.
Idler shaft size is not a big concern on the later split case models but those models from late 85 / early 86 should confirm their idler shaft size, there are instances where the same month has the two different sizes.
