The main body has fine scratches on the metal parts as shown in the photos. There are no deep scratches or dents. Also, there is a small scratch on the upper right of the display that is noticeable when viewed from an angle. However, it is not very noticeable when viewed from the front.
The silver part of the remote control has lost its luster and shows signs of use.

- To import music, you need a Mac and iTunes that can connect to and recognize this device via FireWire (IEEE1394).
